OLIVER Mtukudzi and the Black Spirits concluded a five-stop tour of the United Kingdom in Leeds on Sunday night.

Mtukudzi leaves the UK for Canada on Wednesday.

From Thursday, he will stage five shows across Canada until Tuesday next week.

He leaves for the Unites States of America soon after where he has a further EIGHTEEN shows lined up.

The singer, who celebrated his 55th birthday last week, only returns to Zimbabwe on November 6.

Before he flies to Zimbabwe, Tuku is expected to perform at the final night of the African Big Brother show in Johannesburg.

Mtukudzi told New Zimbabwe.com: "It's been fantastic. We always look forward to the UK tour and we have not been disappointed. I thank all our fans for their good wishes, especially on my birthday."

Mtukudzi performed in Leicester, London, Scotland, Chepstow and Leeds.
