DYNAMOS’ Ugandan midfielder Boban Bogere finally arrived in Zimbabwe on Saturday following an extended holiday.

Bogere had been scheduled to arrive in the country for pre-season on 7 January but requested more days in his native Uganda to attend to his wife who was not feeling well.

The attacking midfielder will start training with the rest of the squad on Monday.

Dynamos manager Richard Chihoro said they will not rush Bogere into action to allow him time to gain fitness.

“We are playing Mochudi Centre Chiefs next Sunday in the Champions League and Boban will not feature in that match because he lacks match fitness. He needs a few weeks to catch up with the other guys,” Chihoro said.

“He was however training on his own in Uganda while following a training programme we had given him. But we are sure very soon he will be at the same stages with the others.”

Boban will start training with the eight Dynamos players who were at the Chan tournament with the Warriors.

The eight are however expected to feature in the match against Chiefs at the National Sports Stadium.
