DYNAMOS' preparations for their Caf Champions League first round meetings with AS Vita went on a high note with weekend friendly match victories over DC Academy and Buffaloes.

The Harare giants walloped Division One side DC Academy 7-0 on Friday before edging fellow PSL outfit Buffaloes 1-0 in Mutare on Saturday.

An injury time strike by new signing and former Tripple B forward Anesu Gondo handed Dynamos victory against Buffaloes at Sakubva Stadium after coming on as a substitute.

Dynamos will next Sunday host DR Congolese side AS Vita in the first leg of the Champions League first round at the National Sports Stadium.

Scorer in the Buffaloes match Gondo is however not registered for the Champions League but is a member of the national Under-20 team.

The Buffaloes friendly was a replacement to the postponed Bob90 final against Highlanders that had been scheduled for Sunday.

On Saturday Pasuwa started forwards Patrick Khumbula and Simba Sithole as he is still trying his striking options which have been Dynamos’ major weakness.
