Dynamos ditch Congolese midfielder

DYNAMOS have not included Congolese midfielder Fabrice Mbimba in the initial squad they have registered with the PSL.

Registration of players opened last Friday and closes on March 31 as clubs can however alter their squads during this transfer window.

Mbimba’s name does not appear on the list sent to the PSL and Dynamos secretary general Webster Chikengezha indicated that the technical team is not keen on Mbimba.

“He is still training with us but we will not be including him this season. The technical team has said he is not in their plans, unless they change their minds. That is why he is not in the squad that we sent to the PSL,” Chikengezha said.

Mbimba’s name does not appear together with Tafadzwa Rusike who is said to be on the verge of joining an unnamed Angolan club.

Midfielder Russell Madamombe is yet to renew his contract and has not been included as well amid reports that he is headed to ZPC Kariba.
