Pakistan insists Zimbabwe cricket team tour still on

CHAIRMAN of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shehryar Khan on Friday made everything clear, saying that Zimbabwe cricket team will travel to Pakistan as it is scheduled, thesenlive reported.

While talking to media persons in Lahore, Khan said that he had a telephonic conversation with the Zimbabwe cricket board president and confirmed their tour of Pakistan.

The PCB Chairman said that Zimbabwe cricket team will be arriving Pakistan on Tuesday, after getting clearance from the government.

Earlier, while talking to Express News on Friday, Zimbabwe cricket team spokesperson Lovemore Banda said that their tour of Pakistan is not yet finalized.

The PCB Chief Operating Officer, Subhan Ahmed, said in press conference that the tour of Zimbabwe will take place as scheduled at the Gaddafi Stadium.
