CASTLE Lager Premier Soccer League leaders Chicken Inn will miss their top hitman Edmore Chirambadare when they face Dongo Sawmill in Rusape this weekend due to suspension.

Chirambadare, who was on trials at Bidvest Wits two weeks ago in South Africa, has scored eight goals this season but has accumulated three yellow cards.

Besides Chirambadare, defender and Under 23 international Lawrence Mhlanga will also be missing due to suspension.

Chicken Inn lead the table with 30 points after they drew their last match against Caps United 0-0 at Luveve, but will be looking at getting back to winning ways against the basement side.

Highlanders will also be without Edmore Muzanenhamo for the epic clash against Dynamos at Barbourfields on Sunday.

Muzanenham scored the third goal in the last match between the two giants which ended 3-2 in favour of Dynamos at Rufaro in June, but the goal was disallowed for offside leading to a suspension of match officials.

Elsewhere, ZPC Kariba coach Sunday Chidzambwa will be looking for his first set of maximum points after adding 33 year old veteran defender Thomas Sweswe to his squad ahead of Saturday’s tough battle against Triangle. Triangle edged ZPC 1-0 in the reverse fixture before the electricity men were stunned 1-0 at home by Tsholotsho.

For Saturday’s match, ZPC will do without the suspended Dexter Phiri.

WEEKEND FIXTURES

Saturday: Flame Lily v Tsholotsho (Lafarge), ZPC Kariba v Triangle (Nyamhunga), Chapungu v WhaWha (Ascot 1400hrs SS)

Sunday: Dongo Sawmill v Chicken Inn (Vengere), Hwange v How Mine (Colliery), Highlanders v Dynamos (BF 1500hrs SS), Buffaloes v FC Platinum (Sakubva), Caps United v Harare City (NSS)
