FORMER Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Tinashe Nengomasha is back at University of Pretoria with hopes of impressing coach Shaun Bartlett.

Nengomasha trained with AmaTuks under their ex-coach Sammy Troughton towards the end of last year but failed to win a contract.

However, the Zimbabwean has a second chance in Tshwane to win over Bartlett, who took charge of the Absa Premiership strugglers a month ago.

“As long as I still have the passion, desire and the heart I will continue playing football,” Nengomasha tells KickOff.com.

The 33-year-old has been without a club since he left Mpumalanga Black Aces in June.
